Bill Scanlan

Bill Scanlan has been a member of Silver Spring United Methodist Church since 2015. In addition to his service as the Vice-Chair of our Leadership Council and former Troop Master of BSA Troop 209, Bill worked professionally as a freelance broadcaster and host for C-SPAN. Bill also served as the previous President of the Woodside Neighborhood Association and remains active in neighborhood organizing.
