Ministry is the lifeblood of our church. And, our mission to “Feed all of God’s children, body, soul, and spirit so that no one goes hungry” could not be realized without the unwavering dedication of our volunteers and church leaders. From time-to-time, these vital ministries need additional funding that may not have been covered in the church budget. Therefore, our congregation may asked to support the great work of the ministries by supporting various fundraisers.
In an effort to avoid overlapping fundraisers, the SSUMC Fundraiser Request Form must be completed and submitted at least 60 days prior to the proposed fundraising event. Once this form is completed, it will be reviewed by the SSUMC Council on Ministries, and, if approved, will be included in the SSUMC Fundraiser Calendar. Please be sure to check the calendar prior to scheduling your event in order to avoid overlap with existing scheduled fundraisers.

Building Use Form
After you have submitted the fundraiser request form, you must also complete a Building Use Form to reserve the building space for your event. You must complete both forms before your fundraiser can be confirmed.
