Ministry is the lifeblood of our church. And, our mission to “Feed all of God’s children, body, soul, and spirit so that no one goes hungry” could not be realized without the unwavering dedication of our volunteers and church leaders. From time-to-time, these vital ministries need additional funding that may not have been covered in the church budget. Therefore, our congregation may asked to support the great work of the ministries by supporting various fundraisers.
In an effort to avoid overlapping fundraisers, contact the staff person most closely connected with your ministry and discuss whether the SSUMC Fundraiser Request Form is for you! The SSUMC Council on Ministries reviews fundraising requests and scheduling. Staff can help you check the calendar prior to scheduling your event in order to avoid overlap with existing scheduled fundraisers.

Building Use Form
After you have submitted the fundraiser request form, you must also complete a Building Use Form to reserve the building space for your event. You must complete both forms before your fundraiser can be confirmed.
