Come out for an asynchronous prayer walk on the SSUMC grounds, anytime between March 27 and April 5! We are setting up stakes to mark points of reflection and providing prayer and meditation prompts tying together our beautiful grounds and the stories of Holy Week. Walking up stairs is not required, but some of the stops are in the front yard facing Georgia Avenue, so please plan accordingly. We’ll provide prompts for adults and for children, so bring the whole family and tell the story with your words, with your feet, with nature, and (safely) with your community.

Wearing masks is required, and if you happen to arrive at the same time as another pray-er, please follow social distancing rules.

Or, find hard copies and hand sanitizer in a labeled box under the portico near the main sanctuary doors on the parking lot side of the church. There are Bibles there too, if you’d like to use one. If you opt for a hard copy, please return it when you’re finished.
