Let your 'yes' be 'Yes!'

In this teaching on oaths, Jesus plainly reminds his disciples that the proof of their commitments and promises should be guaranteed by ACTION, not by words alone. They, alongside the Letter of James, emphasize how our word builds reliability, dependability, authenticity. “Yes” carries the weight of certainty and your “no” establishes a boundary of respect, all the while mirroring the faithfulness of God!
