On Sunday, August 12, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Washington, DC, United Methodists, along with other faith leaders activitsts, entertainers, politicians, and organizations across lines of difference will unite to love and condemn all manifestations and acts of hate.

The day begins with worship on the National Mall at 11 a.m. and the rally continues from 1-3 p.m. near 4th street NW, two miles away from Lafayette Park.

The rally comes on the one-year anniversary of the “Unite the Right” event, a 2017 gathering of white supremacists in Charlottesville, Va., during which a counter-protester was killed.
