On the eve of the 50th anniversary of Rev. Martin Luther King’s assassination, join Jewish, Christian, and Muslim congregations in a Freedom Seder that examines progress on racial justice since Dr. King’s ‘Mountaintop’ speech. The first Freedom Seder was held 49 years ago when Jews for Urban Justice and 800 people came together in an inner-city church; this year we will renew the legacy with a dynamic, uplifting, multifaith and multiracial Seder. Tickets are $18 and must be purchased in advance. Contact the church with questions or to contribute a different amount.
